Knowing when to euthanize a beloved pet is one of the saddest and most difficult decisions a pet owner can make. We understand this and will try to help you through the process. Unless there is a sudden onset illness or accident we will work with you toward the end to help you know when the time is right. Owners can elect to be present with their animals or not. all animals are put under general anesthesia before euthanasia. All pets are euthanized by Dr. Tucker personally. It is O.K. to cry and sometimes we cry with you.Please don't ask us to euthanize a healthy pet. We only euthanize an animal when it is in the best interest of the animal. We do not do "convenience euthanasia". If you need to place a healthy pet please check out the rescue section of our website.
